Due to the nature of handmade products and the use of natural oils in them, separation can happen. Don't fret, if this does occur, stir/shake it up and it'll combine once again.

If you live in a hot climate, the body butters may melt some in transit. If this happens, simply pop them in the fridge for an hour to harden back up. My handmade products are made in small batches therefore can vary slightly from batch to batch. All just as good, but a little unique.
To avoid contamination of body butter, I recommend using the provided wooden spoon to scoop out of the jar, instead of your fingers. Always keep the lid on when not using.
Because these products contain no synthetic preservatives, they are meant for regular use and are best enjoyed within 3-6 months of purchase.

Your initial burn is important to how your candle will burn for the days following. Once you light your candle, I recommend keeping it lit until it achieves a full melt pool (which means that the entire surface of your candle should be in liquid form). If this doesn't occur, your candle can develop a "burn tunnel" and will not burn corre
Your initial burn is important to how your candle will burn for the days following. Once you light your candle, I recommend keeping it lit until it achieves a full melt pool (which means that the entire surface of your candle should be in liquid form). If this doesn't occur, your candle can develop a "burn tunnel" and will not burn correctly all the way to the edges of the jar. This can significantly cut down on candles lifespan. If this has accidentally happened to your candle, you can still utilize that wax along the side of the jar: after its completely burned down, use that excess wax in a wax melter!
Candle "wet spots" | Changes in temperature may cause "wet spots" on candles. The term “wet spots” in candle making refers to the separation spots between the candle and glass jar. This is a natural occurrence that can happen when candles go through changes in temperature (air-conditioned home/car to a hot, humid mailbox etc). These "wet spots" do not affect the way your candles burn or smell in any way.
